Covid-19 Restrictions and what they mean for your session.

Updated May 11th 2020

With current restrictions easing slightly from 11:59pm on the 12th of May 2020, and adhering to all current safety guidelines and social distancing regulations, I am relieved to be returning to location sessions to begin capturing your couple, family and maternity memories again.

Newborn sessions will require a little more clarification, however in any case, if we meet the social distancing measures currently in place I do see these sessions returning to (our new) normal very soon too.

These current events have been a blessing in many ways as I created a new way of working, creating and building. I've hung prints at the local cafe, created new products of my nature prints and changed up the whole mentoring thing.

While business may look a little different, there are a bunch of ways you can still connect with me and continue to support my business during these rather surreal days.

  • You can now book in sessions for family, maternity and couple shoots, bookings are open and dates can be locked in later if you prefer.
  • Gift vouchers are still available, for sessions, or products.
  • Orders for enlargements and other products can still be placed. (perfect time to add a few prints for your walls, make them prettier while we're confined amongst them.)

Something I'm very excited about is my upcoming exhibition, (new date to be announced soon) which had been postponed, but that doesn't mean you can't have some of my art on your walls.

  • Landscape and Nature prints and postcard packs are available for purchase with a few new products being released soon, via the 'prints for sale' section, or you can visit Mister Hoffman Cafe in Niddrie for an in person look at the prints hanging.
  • My new Mentoring program for photographers, creatives, and business owners is available, online, through weekly or bi-weekly appointments, have a look at the 'mentoring' section.

and also,

  • There's never a bad time to ask me a question, feel free to drop me a line via the 'contact' tab. Maybe now more than ever we could all do with a chat.
  • Head to my Instagram feed; my stories section is a great way to connect as we all navigate this time (a few coffee's and a bit of wine may appear)... make a comment, double tap for a 'like'; those kind've things can boost a business lady boss's day, and remind her she's doing ok.

I have built loads of wonderful connections over the years with clients, many have become friends, and it's an honour to share in some of life's most incredible moments, it feels now more than ever we could all do with a hug, (gosh I wish we could hug) your support means the world to me.

Please take care of you and your family, and I look forward to giving HUGS out like medicine when we can all cuddle again.

x Em.
